Engineering & Construction Manager | Casper, WY | On-Site
You've built a career managing complex projects in the ground — coordinating engineers, contractors, and timelines across sites where things rarely go exactly to plan. You know how to hold a schedule, manage a budget, and keep a project moving from concept through handover without losing sight of safety or compliance.
This is that kind of role.
We're a growing clean power company with active operations in Wyoming, and we're looking for an Engineering & Construction Manager to take ownership of projects from engineering through construction and into operations. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Leading end-to-end project delivery across current and future clean power sites — planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You'll manage contractors and consultants, develop contracting and material management strategies, and own the integrated project schedule. Day-to-day, that means coordinating design documents, bid packages, change orders, and SOPs, while keeping capital deployment on track and reporting it clearly. You'll also serve as the connective tissue between operations, geology, technical services, and environmental and safety teams to make sure every project moves with the right input at the right time.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of project management experience, with a full lifecycle track record on energy or industrial construction projects
- EIT certificate or PE license preferred
- On-site project experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, AutoCAD, and/or GIS
- Willing to work on-site as well as in the office
What you get:
- Competitive base salary
- Annual bonus through cash and/or equity disbursements
- 401(k) with 5% match
- Fully covered insurance
- On-site role based in Casper, WY
Why this role?
This isn't a corporate project management seat — it's operational, hands-on, and consequential. You'll be managing real assets in the field with a team that moves fast and expects the same from you. If you want ownership over meaningful work in the clean power sector, we'd like to talk.
