We are looking for a Senior Project Developer with experience developing projects from greenfield to execution hand off.

The Role

• Lead utility-scale renewable projects from concept through to ready-to-build
• Manage budgets, financial analysis, permitting, and interconnection processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across North America
• Act as the local representative, building relationships with landowners, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Support and lead RFP submissions and development strategy

The Profile

• ~8+ years in renewable energy project development, with strong NY market experience
• Proven track record progressing projects through early-stage development
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
