About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across a manufacturing production environment and to drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. The role requires a strong focus on defect prevention, root cause analysis, and fostering a quality-driven culture on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal specifications
• Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee inspection activities and coordinate testing processes to ensure product quality throughout production phases
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process performance using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Deliver training to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and quality awareness
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data and performance metrics to management
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality of materials and components, including audits where required
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and QMS documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and design teams to embed quality into all stages of manufacturing

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a quality engineering role within aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO, AS9100)
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Six Sigma)
• Experience with inspection, testing, and manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in quality management and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Minitab)
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
• Fluent in English
