IT Support Specialist - Amsterdam

As the company continues to scale, they are looking for an IT Specialist to support and optimize enterprise systems across the European region.

Your Role

You’ll act as the key point of contact for business users, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. Initially, your focus will be on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), with the opportunity to expand into additional platforms over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for business users across Europe (CRM, ERP, and other systems)
• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Handle incidents, service requests, and minor system changes
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with global IT and development teams
• Support system implementations, testing (UAT), and rollouts
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and internal processes
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and user experience

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience as an Application Analyst or similar role
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and user support
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies

Location Requirement

• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands
