A growing clean energy platform is hiring an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of utility-scale solar, wind, and storage assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own asset-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Deliver reporting to internal leadership, lenders, and investors
• Monitor plant performance and enforce O&M KPIs and availability targets
• Manage key contracts (PPAs, interconnection, O&M, financing) and ensure compliance
• Track revenues, RECs, and support audits and reconciliations
• Identify performance improvements and cost optimization opportunities
• Support M&A, refinancing, and asset integration activities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in renewable energy, asset management, or project finance
• Experience managing operating asset financials and building models
• Exposure to utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS preferred
• Familiarity with PPAs, ISO/RTO markets, and financing structures is a plus

Skills

• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Python a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
