The Outdoor Adventure Guide & Expeditions Manager will oversee the implementation of our Outdoor Adventure Programs. These programs consist of daily guided tours as well as frequent backcountry expedition programs for adults and teenagers. This position will be responsible for itinerary development, staff training, daily staffing and operations, program safety and ensuring a high level of customer service for our membership. This position will support a variety of programs including rock and ice climbing, canyoneering, off-site backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, backpacking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, kite sports, ziplining, SCUBA and more.
