Line manager: Production ManagerDepartment: OperationsAs a Shift Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership, technical excellence, and ensure process compliance on a 24/7 operational basis within our food manufacturing environment. This role involves supervising a dedicated team to ensure optimised coverage, enhance team capability through training, and strictly enforce all standard operational routines.LocationEnough B.V.Nijverheidsstraat 74551 LASas van GentNetherlandsKey responsibilities:- Develop and foster a unified, cohesive, and disciplined shift team.- Provide structure, motivation, and hands-on supervision to a team of panel and plant operators.- Set, manage, and monitor team objectives and training targets to optimize performance and capability.- Hold team members accountable for their designated tasks and adherence to operational standards.- Monitor operational performance standards, provide immediate feedback, and take corrective action as required.- Execute the production plan effectively, ensuring all required resources (personnel, materials) are planned and available.- Ensure strict compliance with all operational requirements, including Food Safety & Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Operational Protocols and Standard Operational Routines.
