The role will be a senior operational role in the business, supporting the overall site culture and operational goals.LocationEnough B.V.Nijverheidsstraat 74551 LASas van GentNetherlandsKey responsibilities:- Lead and develop the operations management department; contribute to operational strategy and plant performance.- Full responsibility for operations management and optimisation of the ENOUGH Production Facility at Sas van Gent.- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for operational management and continuous improvement to exceed targets.- Oversee production, maintenance, process engineering, and supply chain logistics.- Ensure delivery of objectives, customer service levels, and product quality efficiently and safely.- Develop continuous improvement strategy; maintain systems for measuring/reporting operations and performance.- Ensure compliance with food safety, H&S, quality, and environmental regulations; act as an ambassador for ENOUGH.- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes; oversee production planning and inventory best practices.Key Competencies (summary): Operational Strategy, Lean/OEE/Waste Control, Budgeting/Analytics, Team mentoring/Change management, Food safety/Regulatory governance, Commercial awareness, Executive reporting/Stakeholder alignment.Qualifications & Experience (summary): Bachelor’s in Process/Chemical Engineering or related; strong leadership and people skills; data-driven; proven management of production processes and Lean; PMP experience; fermentation background a plus; 10+ years operational management (preferably food manufacturing or industrial biotech); strong manufacturing knowledge and RCA experience.Company Initiatives: Take responsibility for Health & Safety; support company values; comply with legal/regulatory obligations; be flexible in duties.
