Line Manager: Engineering ManagerDepartment: MaintenanceWe are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer to oversee daily maintenance of plant and equipment at the Enough plant in Sas van Gent and to assist, with other team members, in optimising the manufacturing process and keeping equipment to required standards of service and quality. Main experience and background must be in E&I. Responsibilities include corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring accurate performance of duties, smooth operations, technical support in improvement projects, and contribution to mechanical and E&I commissioning.Key Responsibilities (summary):- Establish/review/improve/execute plant maintenance standards; conduct daily rounds and log readings; make adjustments and create work requests.- Master industrial electrical power distribution and user systems; analyse/configure/calibrate instrumentation and electrical systems (sensors, transmitters, IO, software).- Daily and accurate use of CMMS; produce reports; assist with contractor management.- Handle mechanical and electrical corrective maintenance; undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repair, and condition monitoring.- Identify and implement improvements; work with operations on engineering issues and CI; reduce costs via streamlined processes.- Maintain clean, hazard-free environment; perform admin tasks; lead/assist in job preparation (permit prep, LOTO, materials/tools); support incident RCA.Company Initiatives: Take responsibility for H&S; support company initiatives and values; comply with legal/regulatory obligations; participate in training; be flexible.Specific Knowledge, Experience & Skills: MBO (BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma); minimal NEN3140 VP (preferably higher and/or NEN3840); experience as Maintenance Technician (food industry) with E&I; HACCP experience; affinity with food technology; preferably forklift and cherry picker certificates.This job description is a summary and not exhaustive.
