The mission We are now in search of experienced sales professionals to join our growing team as an Account Executive. Your mission? To be the driving force behind our success by targeting, engaging, and nurturing relationships with customers on a global market in the segments of IoT, PropTech and Consumer Electronics. Right now, we are in discussions with some major global industry leaders, in which you will have a key role in ensuring long-term success.
Together with your brilliant colleagues in our Marketing & Sales team and our expert engineers, you will establish and implement account strategies, map key stakeholders and present to them the values that Epishine and our indoor solar cell brings. This role includes your areas of expertise within Account Management like; prospecting, handling customer quotes, conducting business discussions and sales contract negotiations, all the way to a finalised agreement. At Epishine, we believe that trust is the foundation of sustainable business, which is why you will work in close collaboration with your accounts and build long-term relations with them to understand their needs and create a joint success.
This role will take you an international adventure as you will travel to important meeting and events for around 60 days per year.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with extensive experience in strategic international account management and B2B sales, preferably of technical products. It is beneficial if you have a technical, educational background, but it's not a must - the most important thing is that it's an area that you are interested in.
To enjoy this role, you also need to be a secure, confident and trustworthy person with a technical interest and a natural capability to form long-term relationships with customers. You are a confident person who drives customer cases forward independently whilst turning to the team for support when necessary. Epishine is a sustainable company and so are you, persistently developing new markets and sales, focusing your drive on new business opportunities and novel ways forward.
Since we have both colleagues and customers from different parts of the world, you need to speak and write unhindered in English. Even better if you also speak Swedish and/or German.
