About the role:
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join and be a key member of rePurpose Global’s Account Management Team. In this role, you'll own strategic existing accounts and be the face of rePurpose Global throughout the post-sales customer journey - from onboarding to implementation to renewal - and create and implement strategic account plans focused on enterprise-wide deployments of products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and successfully establish relationships throughout the customer’s organizationIdentify expansion and up-sell opportunities, new use cases, and play a key role in renewing customer contracts.
  • Remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
  • Coordinate technical resources needed for up-sell opportunities and support issues, and own client health reporting.
  • Act as an escalation point for renewals strategy, critical account issues, and ongoing account planning.
  • Analyze customer data to identify and propose new ideas and processes to prevent issues and increase retention.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with existing clients and generate new business leads.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required.
  • 3-5 years experience in Account Management.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and leading the relationship at all levels of the institution from executive to business ownersA proven track record of quota achievementExcellent communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for actionA self-starter approach to work and the ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing circumstancesAnalytical capabilities and the ability to tell a story with data
