We are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution across the company’s highest-priority initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, communication, and execution, ensuring alignment across leadership, accelerating decision-making, and translating vision into action. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and wants broad exposure to executive leadership and company-building.
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & CEO Support
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO.
- Drive execution of company-wide priorities, OKRs, and strategic initiatives in partnership with our leadership team.
- Translate executive vision into clear plans, milestones, and accountability.
- Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, board interactions, and key decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, GTM, Impact, Finance, and People.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes.
- Own operating cadence, including weekly executive meetings, quarterly planning, and business reviews.
- Track progress against company goals and ensure execution excellence.
- Ensure consistent communication across leadership and teams.
- Drive internal alignment on priorities, decisions, and outcomes.
- Support external communications with partners, investors, and board members as needed.
- Own high-priority projects such as new product launches, market expansion, fundraising support, M&A integration, and org design.
- Conduct analysis, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Act as the CEO proxy in meetings and initiatives when appropriate.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product ops, finance, business operations, or startup leadership.
- Prior experience in high-growth startups or consulting + operating roles strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presence.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments.
- Strong business judgment, problem-solving skills, and operational rigor.
- High emotional intelligence with strong stakeholder management.

Location Preference:
The role is onsite working; we are looking for team members to be located at our head office in New York City, with weekly in-office days at our office at 1460 Broadway.
We have a truly global team - with members across Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, London, Nairobi, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Jakarta.
