We are looking for candidates for HoReCa Sales from Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Jaipur.

Responsibilities

  • Propagate the products in the market and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Cold calling, lead generation and product demonstration at customers place to acquire new customers.
  • Customer acquisition & manage to get them billed regularly to achieve sales target by building strong relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to develop business.
  • Market research to identify segment/preferred customers for selling dehydrated products.
  • Manage distributor on day to day operation to achieve secondary sales target.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products.
  • Sales activity and periodic reports to senior management.
  • Responsible for new customers acquisition and secondary sales in the region.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the food products sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HoReCa/B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in another language a plus
