Responsibilities
- Propagate the products in the market and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Cold calling, lead generation and product demonstration at customers place to acquire new customers.
- Customer acquisition & manage to get them billed regularly to achieve sales target by building strong relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to develop business.
- Market research to identify segment/preferred customers for selling dehydrated products.
- Manage distributor on day to day operation to achieve secondary sales target.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products.
- Sales activity and periodic reports to senior management.
- Responsible for new customers acquisition and secondary sales in the region.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the food products sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HoReCa sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in another language a plus
- Work Location : Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore
