📢 Job Opening: HORECA Sales Manager (Field Sales)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 years

📝 Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) in Mumbai.
  • Manage and grow existing HORECA accounts through regular visits and relationship management.
  • Drive product placement, visibility, and activations across HORECA channels.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the regional sales head.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor insights for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and supply team for smooth delivery and service.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of field sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, or food service sectors.
  • Strong network and rapport with HORECA clients in the Mumbai market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
